We had an excellent experience with Briggs Kia! We drove over 3 hours from out of state with two trade-ins, and Alexis & Travis made the entire process smooth and stress free. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. She even followed up the next day to make sure we made it home safely and reminding us she’s available if any issues come up. Truly outstanding service all around. Briggs Kia is the way to go!

We were shopping for a car and stopped at Kia first. Our salesperson and the manager gave us a lot of attention and interest in what we were looking for. The first car they showed us is the car we bought. The purchase process was easy and well explained. We picked the car up a couple days later and it was detailed and gassed.
Mike has been the most phenomenal person to work with, with both of our car purchases beginning to end and even after the purchase! Any issues we have, he is right there helping us out no matter how big or small! We are so appreciative of his commitment to us and can never thank him enough for all he has done and continues to do! He is the best!
