Today Gerardo came to do our biannual heating and air conditioning inspection. He reattached and redirected our dryer vent so that the lint would not get our air conditioner dirty. He is always on time, friendly and explains our HVAC system’s maintenance checks and needs in ways that are easily understood.

They came in ready to actually fix the issue instead of trying to upsell or create panic. He took the time to check the parts and troubleshoot the system properly, making sure everything was running as well as it could without any pressure or unnecessary recommendations. I have been using Briggs heating and Air for 4 years. They have been amazing, timely, and professional. They also support all the services that HOA requires and are able to certify any type of service you need. Always go to them for everything HVAC needs and not to mention they clean and do maintenance on fireplace and chimney.
Geraldo was great! He came to my parents home diagnosed the issue with AC and repaired it. He was very professional and knowledgeable and their issue.
