My experience with Susan Anderson was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. She was at the walk-through with her clients monitoring us and failed to turn over the keys on time. She allowed her client to keep her pets upstairs even after we closed. When we finally gained access to the house, it was left in a trashed condition. Animal feces in three rooms upstairs, torn carpet, and trash left in closets. They lied "did not know" on the disclosure and hid important information, which led to further complications.
