Appalling service. When contacted regarding warranty on faulty lights no reply for 2 months then when called "not my problem, it's the product" and too busy to rectify. Absolute joke, zero after care, zero interest.
Hopeless , had smoke alarms installed hard wired. 2 months later going off and beeping. No back up service , no response , no warranty. Just pay the bill and away they go. Been chasing them to fix for over 12 months.
