Hello everyone! Owing to my wonderful experience at Briggs Chaney clinic , i thought of writing this review. Last month i had to take my aunt to a doctor for UTI symptoms, it was a Friday and i couldnt get an appointment from her regular doctor. So i came here and my experience was beyond expectation. I went in very sick and was seen by the physicians Assistant named Arinze Bosah. What a rude and condescending man. He told me that my symptoms can't be true. He continued to roll his eyes as he spoke to me making me feel as if I was a burden although I was paying upright with no insuarance. He wrote me a prescription and when I asked him about it- he refused to give me information as if I was asking him to change it. I. i paid through my nose for this so called convenient clinic. i asked if they accepted my insurance before i went to the Briggs Chaney walk in clinic. The lady at the front desk took my card and after dabbling with it in the back, came back and told me that they did accept my insurance. mind you i had also verified before travelling the 20 miles there that they would indeed accept my insurance. Everyone here is helpful and caring. They were able to work around my busy schedule and were always patient with me. I am one of those people with dental phobia but they made it all relatively painless. I recommend everyone should go here.
