I purchased from Briggs from out of state. Big mistake. Not only did it take them over 2 weeks to get my vehicle to me but I could not get straight answers from my sales person why it was delayed. Come to find out they needed to replace something on the tailgate or maybe it was the whole tailgate- not too sure. After 1 month of receiving my car I finally used the wipers to find out all the fluid was leaking out when I spray the fluid- leaking from beind the front wheels. I an have appt to fix it now. These guys continue to blow my mind! In 2024, we leased a vehicle through Briggs Kia and weren't very happy about it, but we made the choice and just decided to live with it. Fast forward 14 months and my wife brought it in for an oil change and they asked, again, how she liked the vehicle and, again, she voiced her displeasure with the whole deal. If I could give zero stars I would. Briggs hires anyone. They got a tech up there that has no clue what he's doing always has to ask other techs n mechanics on how to do this and that. They also have a mechanic up there named Brett that also has no clue what he is doing. Man literally played a guessing game with my car. 3000 later my car wouldn't even start when I went to go pick it up. Was told it was the starter or alternator so asked about my battery was told my battery was good. After spending 3000 n then having to have ... read more
