These guys continue to blow my mind! In 2024, we leased a vehicle through Briggs Kia and weren't very happy about it, but we made the choice and just decided to live with it. If I could give zero stars I would. Briggs hires anyone. They got a tech up there that has no clue what he's doing always has to ask other techs n mechanics on how to do this and that. They also have a mechanic up there named Brett that also has no clue what he is doing. Man literally played a guessing game with my car. 3000 later my car wouldn't even start when I went to go pick it up. Was told it was the starter or alternator so asked about my battery was told my battery was good. After spending 3000 n then having to have ... read more
