We worked with Randy and he got us into the vehicle we wanted, at the price we wanted, in under two hours. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I purchased from Briggs from out of state. Big mistake. Not only did it take them over 2 weeks to get my vehicle to me but I could not get straight answers from my sales person why it was delayed. Come to find out they needed to replace something on the tailgate or maybe it was the whole tailgate- not too sure. After 1 month of receiving my car I finally used the wipers to find out all the fluid was leaking out when I spray the fluid- leaking from beind the front wheels. I an have appt to fix it now.
