1 star! Just do yourself a favor. Stay far away from this place as humanly as possible. The manager will lie to your face. Say that they are getting new parts for your ac or stove or dishwasher.. Worst apartment I've ever lived in. Worst roach problem I've ever encountered. Plumbing there is horrible and no one ever fixes it. I had a bathroom light stay on for 8 months and no one ever fixed it I finally got someone to fix it on my own. Management and maintenance are snakes secretly recording people for personal gain. always trying to find ways to force people to pay more money saying they didn't pay deposits that were brought up when they moved in and evicting them just to get new people and deposits. Our stove is broken, one of our outlets doesn't even work at all, the breaker in the kitchen gets tripped almost everyday and our air conditioner hasn't been working properly for more than 2 months now and every time I call they either say "somebody is working on it" or "the maintenece men just fixed it"... It's still over 80 degrees in my apartment...
This place is amazing, some of the best years of my life.
It use to be a nice place to live when we lived there but now it's not the new manager does nothing it looks nasty
Do not move into this apartment building if you have children. The landlord is biased against children and will find a way to evict you. She then will harass you, go into your apartment without asking, threatened you, and the only way you can do anything about it is file a civil suit for harassment against her. She appears to be a very sweet grandma but then the devil himself comes out of her mouth.
