Brigadier Apartments is unsafe Brigadier Apartments and its owner(s) Ben Bashal are in my opinion one of the worst communities on Indy's East side. Mr. Bashal will not fix maint issues unless forced to by the City inspectors or the County Health Dept. As of 12/8/09 he has a Court Order to vacate all his 36 upstairs units due to the unsafe condition of the outside staircases. He hires unlicensed contractors to make repairs that are not up to code, then does not pay them. He then hires more and the circle continues. The buildi... read more
