Lazy work. We hired Jose Arias of Bries to re-gravel our driveway and build a stone border around the adjacent flower bed. They cut corners in just about every way imaginable. We came home to discover they built the flower bed about 6 feet too short, ending in the middle of the parking space. But wasn't a misunderstanding; the flower bed already existed, and they were just putting a border around it. Bries Remodeling was contracted to re-grout the bathroom shower, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the start, the quality of the work was subpar. I was told the shower would not need to be grouted for at least another year. Four weeks later, I contacted Bries Remodeling as the grout was starting to come off; however, they did not follow up to the messages. Jose Arias was hired to re-grout the bathroom shower, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the start, the quality of the work was subpar. Jose installed an ill-fitting toilet seat (even with the toilet brand given to him) and the chipped bathtub was painted in a color not matching the rest of the bathtub. In addition, Jose quoted extremely overpriced services as “deals” (other contractors quotes were far, far less).
