These apartments could be better i lived here for about 5 years now. The maintenance is slow to get work orders done. They won't fix up the apartments, they are outdated and not energy efficient so the pg&e is high. They don't have vents in the bathroom which causes mold. Which they just spray beach on, and dont completely fix. I had broken hardwood floor in my kitchen broken and they won't fix them. I was living her for about 2 years, and I love the apartment but is old and needs to be updated. There bugs, maintenance is slow to fix thing in the apartment, and there is only one maintenance guy. The trash is always over flowing. Other than those things it's pretty chilled.
