Live five houses away and again they take advantage of me. Make promises to make repairs. Never call and after two weeks never look at my bike. Shop tech tells me they are too busy.....again. Owner tells me it is "their busiest June ever". Two weeks and they can't adjust cables and check my brakes. Oh and they lost me in their computer system. I am a local business supporter but this is the third time I was promised my bike by a certain date, Gave them multiple weeks, and they did not call or even look at it. Lost three ride... read more
Best bike shop on the East Coast, they go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. Staff is polite and very professional and get the job done. Would recommend to anyone. Can't shop anywhere else

RecommendedI bought a Trek Project One from Brielle Cyclery / Asbury Park Cyclery The entire Project One experience with Trek, Brielle Cyclery, and Asbury Park Cyclery has been amazing. I had my heart set on a Cervelo S3 for over a year and a bought a Project One Madone. As much as I love the Cervelo I simply got a better bike for my needs (and possibly just a better bike) for less money. Wonderful place to do business. I drive all the way from Jersey City because of their selection and service. Plus with online shopping so huge they have found a way to be price competitive and still give me unbelievable service. They are very friendly and accommodating.
After attending the Precision Fit demo I decided to have my new Cervelo P2 fit by Jarrad. I had only ridden it a few times outside since the purchase ,it seemed fine but I was having saddle issues . After the 4 hour session of questions, flexibility testing, core strength , measurements , I got on the fit bike and Jarrad began dialing in my fit , all the while mapping my saddle pressure points.
