This is a very professional yet friendly shop - a combination that is difficult to pull off successfully, but they manage to do it. Our two bikes have now been readied for the season, and it feels like they were handled with care and precision. We're fortunate to be just a few miles away. Highly recommended for sales or service.

Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was searching for a particular bike that I didn't think would be in stock anywhere for months, but they had one delivered. I called to confirm it was in stock, and the person I spoke with offered to have it built for me the next day so I could take a look at the bike (or in this case, purchase it). Would definitely recommend this shop!

I had an issue with a bike I purchased from the Clarence fixed it within 15 minutes. Annoyed I had to go back twice in two days but the customer service is top-notch and I won't by a bike from someone else.
