RecommendedBrielle cyclery gets 100% from me, a customer satisfaction consultant, in customer service. I ordered a replacement wheel for a bike trailer and one of the employees only ordered the tire. The owner, Kathy, called me to apologize and is bending over backwards to rectify the situation. She even came to my house to pick up the damaged wheel and will try to fix it or she will lend me another flatbed until the new wheel comes in.
