We moved here in December and are very happy! Our apartment is spacious and the neighbors are very friendly. We hope to see more of them after everyone comes out of hibernation. We especially love the dog friendly atmosphere!
Close community, pet friendly with on site dog park. Andy, the Manager has always gone over and above for us. Great neighbor's too. The maintenance is extremely timely if you need it and they take care of the grounds and the property so good!
A great place to live! Andy, the property manager, is great to work with and all maintenance requests are handled promptly. Rent is very reasonable for the area, especially as a pet owner. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. If you own a dog, this is the place to be. With an on-site dog park, my dog has made plenty of puppy friends in our 8 months here. Parking is plentiful and free as is the garage included in one's rent. Overall, I've had a great experience.
Andy is a great manager and any maintenance request is always fulfilled in a timely manner. Very dog friendly with great neighbors!
We have been here for 12 years and it has been great. People are friendly. My dog is the welcome committee. She has to know every dog and person. Office personnel is friendly and get the issue taken care of in a timely fashion. Office will reply to your concerns and keep you up to date on what is being done to get it corrected.
