Dr. Hu has been Bailey’s veterinarian since the day he came into our lives, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with his care. PLEASE DO NOT GO IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS! I brought my dog to this clinic for an ear infection, and the total cost for the consultation and medication was close to $400. Unfortunately, there was no improvement in my dog’s condition after the treatment. My rabbit died during examination — Updates I understand there could be damage during examination, but seriously? saying it’s a seizure? And doctor held her to prevent injury? It’s just ridiculous! Nothing but great things to say about Bridletowne. Always so helpful, kind and they really take their time with your pet to make sure they get things right. The staff are incredible. They have performed two surgeries on our dog - both very successful - along with countless other times helping out. We’ve been going there for years and not a single complaint along the way. A great place to go to get the best for your pet.
