I just received my lease renewal to begin my ninth year renting here. The provincial guidelines for rent increases this year is 1.7%. Broadstreet increased my rent more than 3x that amount to 5.5%. As a senior on a fixed pension this is exorbitant! The apartments are very nice but the management can be very very difficult. Definitely not a client focussed business. Moving is expensive … my advice would be to rent here with great caution!
I've been a resident of Bridghights, Winnipeg for about 6 months now. I find the location very convenient for groceries, restaurants, medical clinics and banking. Everything is within walking distance when you don't want to drive. The site Manager Alish is professional, helpful, reply to emails and phone calls when I have question or need help. Maintenance team member Mitch is professional, patient, always ready to help and efficient with completing our requests.
I am a tenant at Broadstreet properties (Bridgwater Heights). I am currently the longest residing tenant in both buildings the original tenant of my unit since both buildings opened up in October and November of 2013. Broadstreet properties have met and exceeded my expectations as a tenant over all these years in all areas. I would highly recommend Broadstreet properties to anyone looking for yearly or month to month leasing. (Leonard Redko)
Overall, my experience has been great. The apartment management does a good job with maintenance of electrical appliances, cleanliness of common areas, and timely snow removal after snowfall. Site Manager: Alish responds promptly to requests and provides quick replies, which is highly commendable! 整体感受不错，公寓的管理，电气设备的维修，公共区域的卫生清洁，下学后及时的清扫积雪等等都做的挺好。 Site Manager: Alish 收到需求反应及时，快速的回复，值得称赞！
