These apartments are really nice to live in especially the management is really good whenever there is any issue in the unit they are always ready to fix it right away. I have been living here since one year only but it is better than a lot of others managements, they are always ready to fix the problem as earlier ad possible. I am having great experience living here.
If you're renting with Broadstreet Properties, and if they serve you with a Notice of Entry, make sure that you are present for the visit. If you can't be there, refuse the Notice of Entry until you can be present. I suggest you record the interaction because if they wreak anything, they will not reimburse you for the damage. The onsite management is no good. They walk in your apartment with out any notice. Increase the rent every lease renewal With no improvements. Have the same old appliances. They'll make you sign the lease & then tell you later, you'll have to get home insurance. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything above & around you. The blinds on the Balcony are cheap & super annoying always breaking. I left some cleaning products by accident during my move out, they through it out in the garbage without informing me. Our property manager, Mr. Alish, is always polite, approachable, and very helpful whenever we need him. He makes sure any issues are dealt with quickly and we can always rely on him for support. We also want to recommend our cleaner, Mr. Joel, who does an excellent job. The lobby, hallways, and stairs are always spotless, and the carpets stay fresh without any bad odors when he’s around.
