I recently moved into Bridgwater Heights, and my experience has been excellent from the very beginning. The building is clean, quiet, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. We lived at Bridgwater Heights for one year, and had a fantastic experience. Everything inside the building was perfect, clean, and very well-maintained. The Broadstreet Properties team were always incredibly nice, professional, and helpful whenever I needed anything. The location is also fantastic, especially if you love the outdoors; there is a great playground nearby and lots of beautiful walking trails right in the area. A great apartment to live in. Maintenance is good, and employees onsite are wonderful. They made settling easy.

I stayed in this apartment for 1 year. It was really good experience throughout. I had really good experience with Sharon the new building Manager , she was very kind and helpful. She helped me really well with my move out stuff as well. Overall good experience with the building and the building manager.

Absolutely appreciate Joel Who is the cleaner in our buildings here. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure that the buildings are always spotless. And we certainly appreciate having him. He always has a smile on his face. And he's always happy to see people and greets them. Keep up the good work!
