I’m a first time mom and my son is running his first fever. I called Physicians Exchange and the only doctor on call was Dr Rovner, who is not my sons pediatrician. However I thought she would help me have peace of mind and answer questions I had. Instead she was rude, and talked over my questions. No compassion in her voice and I would NOT want that as my child’s doctor.
