Took my son to work with Matt, it was a great experience. We had nothing but good things to say about this place.
The experience I have is with a family member who saw Mai. I was very optimistic reading the reviews about Bridging Hope and even the first couple visits went well and she did connect well. Had a very disappointing experience here over the course of several months. While they were able to get me a first appointment rather quickly, my telehealth sessions were all underwhelming and felt like a waste of time and money. My therapist would sit there silently for nearly the whole session, every time, and it was unclear if she was even paying attention to me, or to something offscreen. Horrible treatment from their therapists. Sent a girl in crisis home because she was unable to speak about her trauma that day and she ended up hurting herself. She went there for help and support and the therapist asked her to leave!
