I loss my Dad in March 2023 and I really needed to find my "reason" again. I stumbled across BGTPS shortly after his passing in September 2023. I have never came across a company so unprofessional. I have been trying to have my daughter seen at their white marsh location for months now. We have already had the initial consultation and then I was told I would receive a call within a week to have me scheduled with a therapist for my daughter. Since that I have had to make several calls to them and each time I am told someone will call me back each time. The space is clean and makes you feel very safe. The staff are very professional and use a holistic approach to serve the community. The director personally provided me with resources in the community as well as the many services BGTPS is able to provide.
Great and professional staff, service was exceptional Clean and comfortable office space. The Director is so knowledgeable and warm. I would recommend anyone to BGTPS they’re truly one of a kind
