Debra Booth is really unprofessional. This is the worst doctor I had to deal with. She does not care either about her patient. We've been chasing her for a whole month for med refill. She wanted us to book an appointment. We booked the appointment. We went there on time, the receptionist was on the phone, we had to wait until the receptionists finish the call to check us in. We had to wait for almost an hour, when she decided to walk out without any explanation.

OMG. My daughter has been calling since Monday to have her blood work entered in a government database in order to have her perscription filled. She has called 10 times and I have called once. Absolutely no response form Bridgewell or Debra Booth, to get her medication. This is the third time she has had to experience withdrawals. This lack of response is totally not what people experiencing mental illness should have to deal with. Why isn't this office run like a Drs. Office? Debra Booth should not be a psychiatrist. All the negative reviews are true. You’re working with mental health patients, in case you forgot. They make it a big deal, complicated and difficult to refill medication… not the narcotics kind either. The kind that helps people Tourette's symptoms like my sister. They cant just skip and go without…. Yes withdrawals make sense if you only prescribed until April…? How do you tell a patient you don't care???? Please quit :)

It used to be a good place . It has gone downhill for the last few years ..Staff don't stay there long and leave their patients in hiatus. They discharge you for no reason and then make you an appointment. They have no clue what they are doing . Live people don't pick up the phone , you will have to leave a message every time and wait til 2 days later when they might call you back .Very unprofessional.

Some people have to figure out things alone. There isn't a medicine for everyone. The medicine can help for a while. You will however, eventually crash. Sometimes it's up to you to to do what's best for you and ONLY you can figure that out. Pay attention to the signs and ques. Retrace your steps. Although it took me the past five years to figure this out and they won't take me back, I had to leave this review specifically for Kedar Thomas!
