Bridgeway is very unprofessional. I had a nurse that was nice but couldn’t get me discharged fast enough because she lived to far away. I had a physical Therapist to help me with walking after being in a coma he was great but you would get a text at 10:00 pm saying he would be there at 9:00 am. They would never give you a schedule. I actually don’t know what happened to my Physical Therapist. I texted him three times and never got her never got back to me. I have even called three times to try to pay my bill. Bridgeway in Conyers is the WORST place ever to use for Home Healthcare. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!!!!They are not Professional, no concern or passion for taking care of the patients. Administrators Nikki and Whitley lied on me once I made a visit to their office. They released my father from being a patient and lied on Kaiser and my fathers Doctor and said they requested the release from Bridgeway. The nurses never show up. Also the woman in the office by the name of Lashanda is very rude she hung up on me twice
