These ladies provide amazing customer service. I couldn't figure out how to apply my artificial eyelashes so I was calling around to see if there was a salon that would do it for me. They made me an appointment for the following day brought me in showed me how to apply my own lashes, wrote down directions for me, and gave me a business card to call if I have any problems in the future. They did all this for no charge. It may not seem like a lot but these days everyone's out to get a buck and it was very generous.
I have always had the most pleasant experience when visiting Bridgewater. Danielle always works to make sure we have a plan for my hair, not only covering what I want done for that particular day, but keeping in mind the "look" I want in the future. Everyone working there is so friendly and always making sure I am comfortable. Their genuine interest in me and my experience there is so refreshing!
I just left the most amazing salon ever! The staff is always warm and friendly!! If you are in search of full-service salon, Bridgewater is the place!!
Ms. Danielle never disappoints. My daughter and I are always so happy with the service and atmosphere. Client for life!

Bridgewater is a place to be pampered. I love the atmosphere, the decor, the products (Aveda !), and the special camaraderie that the team of stylists has. Of course, my stylist is the best, but she won't let me post her name.
I, too, followed my awesome stylist to Bridgewater's. I can tell, though, that all the stylists and spa techs are quite talented and skills kept up to date. I've NEVER been anything but thrilled by my experience at this great salon. Everyone on staff is kind and friendly. I always get compliments on my hair. In fact, I've given out your name so often, I should carry your business cards! LOVE Bridgewater's!
I have been going to Bridgewaters for year. The staff always goes out of their way to make me happy and comfortable during my cut and color. They even have spare reading glasses! I always feel like a million bucks when I leave, especially when I get complimented on my hair. Wonderful and well trained staff.
