I am very pleased I have chosen to use Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital not only for my dogs care but for their grooming needs as well (I have an Australian Shepard and a Yorkie). From the moment I walk in, we are treated like family. The front desk staff is always warm and welcoming. The techs and doctors are courteous and caring and take their time with my pet as well as explain in detail to me what is going on with my dogs and/or what they are doing. I adopted a little chihuahua two years ago and from the moment we got her she was a very difficult little dog. I can honestly say that bringing her to Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital has made things so much easier when it comes to her care. They were able to get a bandaid off her leg that the rescue vet could not because she was aggressive. They were able to remove a tick from her when she wouldn’t even let us look to see what it was. I love walking in and having my cat greeted by name. The staff is amazing and thoughtful and skilled. I like they let you know all fees upfront and take time to talk and not pressure you to make snap decisions. Thank you signed blackies mom
