We just had to put down our beloved cat of 18.5 years. Dr. Arbach and all of the staff are amazing, compassionate, knowledgeable Veterinarians and wonderful people. They treated him when we first found him as a kitten a few weeks old, they managed his care during his senior years and they were amazing when it was his time to go. Thank you for everything!
Having to put our dog down was so difficult and going to Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital made the experience as pleasant as possible. From the moment we arrived, staff was caring and kind. The room we were in was warm and welcoming - stocked with tissues and water. Dr. A was amazing, she explained everything, was a calming presence and most importantly got on the floor with our pet so she was comfortable. We received a thoughtful card signed by the entire staff the next week. Highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital!
Great care from the entire staff
Our four fur babies have been part of the Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital family for the last 18 months. They have been treated with friendly faces, respect and great health care! Every member of staff, receptionists, vet technicians and the veterinarians are great! Thanks everyone from Trenton, Dexter, Molly and Ainsley, our Mum and Dad too!
we love BVH. the doctors and the staff are super efficient and caring. our visits are stress free and everything is explained. they always follow up after the appointments and they'always manage to get you in even on short notice.
Staff always goes above and beyond to provide excellent care in a expedient and compassionate and experienced way. Dr Bruce Levinston is an amazing veterinary physician, extremely caring, intuitive and experienced, thorough, and always right.
My experience at this office has always been excellent. I feel like every veterinarian that has taken care of my dog has been great. They're thorough and patient. They take time to explain test results and welcome questions. They don't over order tests. All the staff have been kind.
