Abandoned by Charlene Hall when she was literally the only support I had left. No final session, no referral. And nobody cares Not the front desk Not the MS department of nursing Not APS Not 988 There is no help. There is no right answer. And there is no escape.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Hall for almost eight years and have always felt heard! I have also had great experiences with therapists here, as well! Could not recommend this place enough!
There is a reason its only 2.5 stars. First off, the therapist never met me where I was at. Before I ever showed up, he had already printed some stuff off of Google for me to take home and do. I am SICK of these "google" doctors the VA sticks us with due to obamas horrible ACA only being ran at the VAs. The VA is a whole other problem for me too. The VA SUCKS SO BAD! Anyway, yeah, the therapists dont truly know what they are doing without the internet, and the secretaries at the front desk....well, lets just say their attitu... read more
Charlene Hall will lie, break promises, violate your patient rights and privacy, and then abandon you during the worst year of your life.
I don’t want to take away from all of the staff, but the one nurse and receptionist I’ve spoken with are unprofessional and don’t take mental health and sleep deprivation, seriously.
