There is a reason its only 2.5 stars. First off, the therapist never met me where I was at. Before I ever showed up, he had already printed some stuff off of Google for me to take home and do. I am SICK of these "google" doctors the VA sticks us with due to obamas horrible ACA only being ran at the VAs. The VA is a whole other problem for me too. The VA SUCKS SO BAD! Charlene Hall will lie, break promises, violate your patient rights and privacy, and then abandon you during the worst year of your life.
I don’t want to take away from all of the staff, but the one nurse and receptionist I’ve spoken with are unprofessional and don’t take mental health and sleep deprivation, seriously.
Was forced to come here once at 16 where I was told I have no anxiety and I am a spoiled brat. Then was handed a card to text the therapist for anything, which they swore I would use and never did. I don’t know a single person that would recommend coming here. I felt degraded and completely unheard when I went, and that therapist allegedly was in charge of some program for kids without dads, to learn how to do man things. I wish I could make this up.
