Very bad experience! I have never been treated so rudely. I thought Mississippi had changed but to have a therapist still working after 50 yrs wayyy past retirement this is what”s expected. Do not go here if you are of the wrong ethnic background.🤷🏽♀️
We are happy with the care our adolescent son is receiving. My only concern is the lack of responsiveness to voicemails and emails. It often takes weeks to hear back when we are told the NP needs to be the one to discuss the issue or they need to talk with the NP before they give us information.
Absolutely love this place! I was concerned due to the 1 star reviews; however, I noticed almost all of them were from 5-7 years ago, so I gave it a shot. The front desk staff and my provider were very helpful. I’ll be back.
I have referred patients for several years and the process and staff especially Ms Chrystal at the front desk are efficient and professional.They are always courteous and ready to assist. I have been a provider for over 30 years first in Louisiana then Mississippi in private practice and have dealt with many facilities and providers and Bridgewater is one of the best. A special thanks to Ms Crystal who always provides excellent service and assistance. Sharon S.
