I got to meet with the lovely Miss Hall this morning… I don’t know any other word to describe her but lovely. I actually feel like she listened to me and what my needs were… but also very firm, which I really like. The gentleman at the front desk was also really sweet and I also enjoyed his aura! The whole place just has a good vibe to it!
If I could give a 0 at this time I would. I understand that emergencies happen and things come up, but this is the third time that we’ve been called the morning of her appointment and have had to reschedule our daughter's appointment. Now if that were us we'd be charged a fee. with as many times as this has happened in the short period of time that we’ve been going there, there should be another option for us to see another psychiatrist, but I was told no I said what do you mean? How could you do this to me After almost 20 years Abandoned in the middle of the biggest crises of my life I WAS DOING MY BEST!! YOU WERE LITERALLY I HAD LEFT!! HOW COULD YOU
Terminated after almost 20 years, during the worst year of my life, while Ms. Hall at Bridgewater was literally the last support I had, the one person I thought would never do this to me. I still can't believe this is all really happening. Ms. Hall knew everything that was happening to me. Starting over now with some random stranger, they'll never belive me. I don't know how I could ever trust a therapist after this anyway. There's never been a bigger crisis than the one you left me in alone. I hope you read this one day Ms.... read more
I have had the best experiences here. The ladies up front have always been helpful and friendly and so personable. My family and myself have always received excellent treatment from every provider we have seen there. I have recommended Bridgewater to everyone needing counseling, therapy, and/or meds. They do it all!
