.How are you going to tell a prospective patient who is asking you for help that you can't help them no more without even seeing them or speaking to them personally? I came to ask for help and I was refused and no one spoke to me personally my husband was trying to arrange everything for me because I get anxious and panicky when I have to talk to ANYONE including my family on the phone. In my opinion that is not very ethical to refuse someone who is aking for help.
This place is awful! At the front desk of a mental health center you would think you wouldn’t be treated so poorly.
Very bad experience! I have never been treated so rudely. I thought Mississippi had changed but to have a therapist still working after 50 yrs wayyy past retirement this is what”s expected. Do not go here if you are of the wrong ethnic background.🤷🏽♀️
We are happy with the care our adolescent son is receiving. My only concern is the lack of responsiveness to voicemails and emails. It often takes weeks to hear back when we are told the NP needs to be the one to discuss the issue or they need to talk with the NP before they give us information.
Absolutely love this place! I was concerned due to the 1 star reviews; however, I noticed almost all of them were from 5-7 years ago, so I gave it a shot. The front desk staff and my provider were very helpful. I’ll be back.
