i decided to live at the lakes because it is so nice clean and the workers are super cool and nice and they always help in anyway possible
my A/C still isn’t functioning properly & it was just marked as completed. it has been 3 days and it is still 80 degrees in my home.
While I’ve had some ongoing issues with the apartment that have been frustrating to deal with, I want to take a moment to recognize and thank the maintenance man, Chris. He has consistently shown hard work, professionalism, and dedication despite the challenges around him. Every time I’ve needed help, he’s responded quickly and done his best to fix the problem. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and I truly appreciate his efforts.
They don't answer the phone and the apartment is constantly needing repair! They don't care about their tenants! DON'T RENT HERE!!
Avoid this place — unsafe, unclean, and completely mismanaged I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience has been too awful not to share. After our apartment building caught fire, we told management that we no longer felt safe living there, even after repairs. Instead of showing concern or working with us, we were told we could not break our lease. They moved us into a different building, but the nightmare continued.
