This apartment has been a headache to deal with. I wish I could give them zero stars. My daughter is moving out at the end of her lease and the apartment complex REFUSES to return her portion of the security deposit since her other roommate is staying and not charging the new roommate the deposit. This seems extremely unfair practices but yet they want to ensure that she leaves the apartment spic and span, but yet she has no opportunity to get her security deposit back. worst place ever, lack of communication
This is an update to my original post as it was taken down. I want to make sure to leave an honest review in hopes to save someone or everyone the headache of living here. Recommend staying away from this apartment complex. My husband and I are active duty and lived there for less than 3 months while we were waiting for our house to finish being built. My downstairs neighbors have been throwing loud parties for longer than 3 months, and nothing has changed. These parties usually include loud bass boosted music, people literally (LITERALLY) screaming, slamming of various doors and/or objects, etc. I have recorded so many videos of these parties, which the leasing office should know about if they actually read all of my emails, but the situation remains the same regardless of me reporting their behavior many, many times.
