Pay a trash fee just for trash to not be picked up, you have to constant pester the staff in order to get anything done. “Well get to it” awful management. Very gross and lets others be gross!!! if you value your mental health this place is not the move never in my life has an apartment stressed me out by it’s unreliability.
So we took the tour, and were asked to submit verification only to find that the ID verification portion kept failing to capture the ID. When we called the office to get assistance, we were hung up on, after that, I feel this would be the treatment we would get as a resident. I honestly just want to say for my 1st apartment this is the worse experience so far. I’m 20 years old i moved here when I turned 19 when i called i was told they had a deal rent was 1278 with everything included but the only building i could move into was the building placed next door to the dumpster when i first moved in i had no issues until the summer came & it started to get hot. If you care about your credit STAY AWAY from these scumbags. They sent me a bill to replace the carpet 1 year after I moved out. My wife spoke with the people in the office and told them they can't send us a bill a year after we leave when someone else has been living in the apartment. They said they understood. I just found out 2 years after we left that they put that bill into collections. It's illegal in the state of Virginia to charge a tenant for repairs after 45 days. Anthony came over and fixed my toilet, & garbage disposal. Anthony was very professional and kind and had a pretty good level of knowledge when it came to fixing our apartment.
