I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly thank you Marie for getting us settled !! The amenities are well kept, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and other essentials. I’m grateful to call this place home and would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.
I stopped by Bridgwater and toured a beautiful 2 bedroom. I had the pleasure of meeting and touring with Marie. She was very professional and very knowledgeable of the apartments and informed me of all the great surroundings. Bridgewater is definitely number one on my list when we move to Hampton in November 2026.
I just moved in to Bridgewater at Town Center and I want to be upfront. The leasing office staff have been friendly and communicative throughout this process and I have no complaints about them personally. This review is directed at management and the condition of the apartment they rented to me. The unit was handed over in a condition that violates Virginia housing codes. I lived in this community for about 3 years, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it. Everything seems to revolve around charging residents more money. There are always additional fees, unexpected charges, and lease changes that end up costing tenants more. They do not offer any grace period for rent payments, and it often feels like there is a fee for everything. Over the years, I experienced multiple maintenance issues.
