If I could give them zero stars I would, the apartment they show you when you are looking to buy an apartment is nothing like how your apartment is going to look, it had so many issues the moment you move in, lights, outlets, dishwasher, and garbage dispenser not working, stains on carpets, roaches dead and alive, (I annotated it on my check in sheet) I left some time ago and they still didn't Fix things on my check in sheet, smoke detectors not up, lights not fixed my apartment flooded from above me. Terrible just terrible
I lived at Bridgewater at Town Center two years ago and they are still reporting an incorrect balance on my account. I have emailed and called repeatedly — my calls and messages are being ignored. I now live in another city and would have to drive 45 minutes just for basic information from them . One of the leasing agents (MARIE MCKOY) decided to hang up the phone after I wouldn’t agree to owing a negative balance despite repeatedly stating I have the letter of satisfaction. Lock was never replaced they simply added a security bar and 3 days later I still don’t have a lock. Give na a star only because some actually showed up.
