I lived in this community for about 3 years, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it. Everything seems to revolve around charging residents more money. There are always additional fees, unexpected charges, and lease changes that end up costing tenants more. They do not offer any grace period for rent payments, and it often feels like there is a fee for everything. Over the years, I experienced multiple maintenance issues. Home. This is my second time renting at Bridgewater at Town Center. I lived in Williamsburg for the past 4yrs, decided to move back to Hampton. Bridgewater is home for me. Admin Staff are awesome and the maintenance team are the best.😀

If I could give them zero stars I would, the apartment they show you when you are looking to buy an apartment is nothing like how your apartment is going to look, it had so many issues the moment you move in, lights, outlets, dishwasher, and garbage dispenser not working, stains on carpets, roaches dead and alive, (I annotated it on my check in sheet) I left some time ago and they still didn't Fix things on my check in sheet, smoke detectors not up, lights not fixed my apartment flooded from above me.
