I lived at Bridgewater at Town Center two years ago and they are still reporting an incorrect balance on my account. I have emailed and called repeatedly — my calls and messages are being ignored. I now live in another city and would have to drive 45 minutes just for basic information from them . One of the leasing agents (MARIE MCKOY) decided to hang up the phone after I wouldn’t agree to owing a negative balance despite repeatedly stating I have the letter of satisfaction. Lock was never replaced they simply added a security bar and 3 days later I still don’t have a lock. Give na a star only because some actually showed up.
Absolutely love living here! The neighborhood is always nice and quiet, front office staff are very helpful, and maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues you may have. Only complex I’ve renewed my lease with!
