I have been living here since July 2024 in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, and I can honestly say it’s hands down better than my last places. I haven’t seen a single roach, and the amenities are kept up nicely—the gym is well-maintained, the tennis court gets good use, and the pool by the office is always clean and inviting. Parking is hassle-free. The only consistent downside is valet trash, which has been unreliable—our entire building has had trash skipped twice now. Has been a great stay living here so far! Carlos the emergency maintenance guy was quick in coming, fixing our AC issue, and even gave us tips in how to maintain our AC unit.
Jasmine did my tour and she was so kind. I just wish that the washer and dryers were available sooner.
