Terrible experience. If you put your hand on the floor you can feel the winter air blowing in due to them not being properly sealed correctly. We had almost a $300 electric bill and we almost never had the heat on. The neighbor threatened to shove my girlfriend down the stairs and nobody did anything about it. People there rev their engines a lot as well. This was all while I only stayed there for a few months
RecommendedWe absolutely loved living at Bridgewater Apartments. The staff was friendly every single time that we went to the office. We only had to place a couple of requests for maintenance, and they were always there in a timely manner. We loved the pool and the fact that there are walking trails throughout the entire community that surrounds Bridgewater. It's also walking distance from retail shops and other great restaurants.
It seems like a lot of the reviews on here are negative, but I can’t understand why. I had a summer lease here and just left today. My experience was absolutely incredible. The apartment I was in was fantastic. Top of the line, very spacious, and if something minor didn’t work maintenance fixed it immediately. Management was also fantastic. the hot tub never works. They said they won't fix it because they're over budget
The management are liars send a email with a price about to pay when your moving out then tell you a totally different price! LIARS! Angie is a liar! NEVER BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY! HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GET NEW MANAGEMENT

I can't say enough good things about this community. The office staff is so kind and helpful, and the maintenance staff goes above and beyond in helping with any issues. I love the privacy of the location because it is so open and spacious with many walking paths. Plus it is in a great place that avoids the majority of the construction plaguing Carmel currently. You get so much apartment for the rent that you pay for too! Love it! �
First and foremost, DO NOT LIVE HERE. If you do however make the mistake to live at Bridgewater Apartments, definitely don’t live in 14948 Riverdale Dr. E Unit 20. I lived at Bridgewater for a 14-month lease, and the majority of that was a truly unfortunate experience. I relocated to Carmel from the south side of Indianapolis, and Bridgewater gave me a fairly close commute to work, and aesthetically, they are very nice apartments.
