RecommendedNever been here but this place is championship material.
I applied for an apartment almost two months ago. My application was denied and I have yet to get my administration fee refunded back. I call twice a week and the representatives place me on hold for extended periods of time to talk to the manager who never returns my calls or let me know when I can expect my refund. No one cares over there and I feel like I have been ripped off. I would not recommended applying to this complex. The staff is unprofessional liars.
RecommendedI've been here almost 15 years. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgable and the maintenance staff is amazing. Anytime I have a request, they are on top of it and I appreciate it very much. A new member of the the team, Jullian is amazing. He has been so responsive to my recent request. Reela as well as Martin in the office are amazing and so very friendly and helpful as well I just want to thank you all.
RecommendedVery safe great customer service and the location is amazing it is very convenient to work restaurant and shopping. They can improve on maintenance, landscape and building appeal.
I have been a longtime resident. As with anywhere things happen, errors are made. I am pleased with the apology received from the manager Derrick at Bridgewater Apartments regarding the treatment received during the incident regarding the dishwasher. Thank you for the immediate response and how effectively everything was resolved.
