I am 72 yrars old and recently (9/16) had a double procedure, colonoscopy and endoscopy. My experience turned bad once I entered the procedure room. The nurse responsible for inserting the oxygen cannula was late and complained how tangled the hose was. When I awoke my nose was running and I started having pain in my left nostril. Had my first colonoscopy here with an excellent gastroenterologist from Atlantic Health. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly. Had no wait time and was treated with respect and felt listened to from every person, nurse, anesthesiologist, and doctor I interacted with. Very pleased with my care. Thank you for making this a seamless procedure!
My husband had a procedure there today. Things went well. But he just told me nurse did not swab him before she put the needle in. It may seem minor but there's a reason why they are supposed to do that.
This place is the absolute worst. If I could give it a negative rating I would. The staff is extremely nasty. The refund process for overpayment is absurd. I have already reported them to my insurance company for lack of refund for overpayment. I am reporting them to the State of NJ now. I will also be informing my provider that I will NOT be using this center for my next procedure.
I recently had an endoscopy with Dr. Bhargava, nurses Ashley, Daria, and the Anesthesiologist. The entire team was professional, attentive, and compassionate. Dr. Bhargava ensured I was well-informed and comfortable, while nurses Ashley and Daria provided excellent care before and after the procedure. The anesthesiologist made the anesthesia process smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend this team for their exceptional care and professionalism.
