This place is the absolute worst. If I could give it a negative rating I would. The staff is extremely nasty. The refund process for overpayment is absurd. I have already reported them to my insurance company for lack of refund for overpayment. I am reporting them to the State of NJ now. I will also be informing my provider that I will NOT be using this center for my next procedure.
I recently had an endoscopy with Dr. Bhargava, nurses Ashley, Daria, and the Anesthesiologist. The entire team was professional, attentive, and compassionate. Dr. Bhargava ensured I was well-informed and comfortable, while nurses Ashley and Daria provided excellent care before and after the procedure. The anesthesiologist made the anesthesia process smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend this team for their exceptional care and professionalism.

My husband was supposed to have a procedure at 1:30 pm and it was going to take 2 hours maximum. They were going to call me when he was ready to be picked up. I came back to the office at 3:30 and told the nurse sitting at the desk that I'm here and so they don't need to call me. She, in a rude tone told me that they'll call me as I am marked for a phone call. An hour later, I asked a nurse who happened to be passing by for an update. She sent someone out a few minutes later and I was told that my husband was taken in at 4:1... read more
