It has been a fantastic experience with all the staff members and physical therapy are all great and take the time to listen to you on a personal issues
This place is fabulous I was here for therapy and the therapist are outstanding for my 5 week stay I got the best therapy sessions to get me back on my feet. The nursing staff was excellent the aids work so hard and are so very helpful and kind. Housekeeping work hard everyday and this place is spotless clean and odor free. They also have great activity staff that help keep the residents here occupied. If you truly need a great rehab facility I recommend this place overall others that I have seen. My mom was there for a week in October. She hated it there. The staff gave her an attitude and she didn’t feel welcomed. She lost the call button. When she told the staff they didn’t help look for it. I had to call the main desk. She was in a lot of physical pain and it took forever to get medication. Her pocket book and wallet are missing. I’ve called and I do not get a return call. When I collected her clothing, some items were missing. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there.
I'm in Genesis now for rehab. They get a 3 star because their PT is good along with their food but the NA are understaffed and some are very unfriendly and don't me with respect
