Oh where to begin. My mother was admitted here for rehab to gain more mobility. While in their care due to improper care she fell 3x, 2 of the 3x she broke her foot/ankle. She was only treated for the initial break. As the second time the nurse started she wasn't going to write the fall in her chart. My father was placed here recently, and we were so grateful for him to finally be at a decent place. (The senior care rehab community is extremely twisted and the places we send our seniors is really despicable.) Not this place!! Bridgeville Rehab and Care Center has treated my Dad with dignity and respect. My fathers behavior has been challenging and extreme at times and they have handled it with grace and understanding.
