My first appointment was good and I was pleased with the results. On recent second visit, not so much. While I sat outside, I honestly thought she forgot or I had the right date. My calendar saved the schedule and alerted me. The shop was dark. She arrived not much after appointment time. My hair had grown quite a bit. I reminded her I wanted to keep the previous style.
