Bridgetown just replaced 14(!) original windows for us in the span of 2.5 days, including some very tricky ones on the semicircular part of our home (before and after pictures below). They were always professional, warm, and timely from their first estimate to the final install. They helped us think through many options to figure out which windows would be best for us and we are really happy with the final product. Now to figure out what color to paint the house...!
Great vibes and great work From the sales consultant to the installation and office managers to the installation team, every step of the way they were aces. This was quite a different experience from the last time we had windows/doors replaced, and we will definitely call Bridgetown again in the future. Highly recommend!
We used Bridgetown for 4 window upgrades and a door replacement. I can say we contacted all of the local companies that sold wood windows and can hands down say they are the best company 10x over. Their quotes are detailed and accurate, their measurements are on point, their scheduling is amazing, workmanship is amazing, and by far the best experience we have had out of all the contractors whom have worked on our home. I will recommend them to anyone who asks and are planning to do many more projects with them.
We had a wonderful experience using Bridgetown to replace our front exterior door and several interior doors. The estimator was extremely knowledgeable and professional, customer service responsive, and finished product beautifully installed despite the funky out of plumb walls in our old house. I received estimates from several businesses for the project and Bridgetown was the obvious choice. If you are looking for quality products and a quality job, look no further!
