I had 3 windows replaced. Installation took one day and I thought it was quick. There was minimal disruption in the house, and the window areas were tented off to restrict any mess to those areas. The installers answered my questions and explained everything. One of them was damaged(I wouldn't have noticed). They installed it, ordered another window, and replaced the damaged one when the new one arrived at no charge to me. I love the windows. They are energy efficient and let in so much light!
I had patio swing doors installed and all phases of the project were smooth and painless! From Jeff the project manager who assisted with the door selection to the crew that installed, they were professional, knowledgeable, and tidy. Would highly recommend this team!
Bridgetown again did a fantastic job on a large custom window project. I had an earlier installation date, but then held off for several months to get some other remodeling work done. When I was ready to install they honored their original price quote, even though pricing had increased. Additionally, my other contractor misplaced a window handle while painting a room on a window Bridgetown had installed 2 years ago. It is rare to find home improvement businesses that don't jack up their prices AND do quality work but Bridgetown is one of them. And their communication is also great. We worked with Jeff and he was very knowledgeable about respecting the style of our house. From the beginning, I had a good feeling because of his professionalism combined with great listening for our project and ideas.
