Dr Ting, where do I start, how about incredible. I have never and I am sure I wont again meet such an incredible Dr. She is so skilled, and so personable, she took care of my cancer, the surgery went perfect. Her bedside manner is nothing you have ever experienced, she truly cares for her patients, you feel safe within meeting her after 5 min. Dr Crook and his medical assistant were both amazing but every time I called in I was treated horribly by whoever answered the phone like I was inconveniencing them in some way. Ever time I had called in I had been instructed by either the Dr or the med assistant to do so, but every time I called in I was treated like I was dumb and didn't know what I was talking about.
Dr Ting is amazing. Her kindness and compassion are genuine, and put you immediately at ease. The nursing staff and the office staff are always kind and professional. On one occasion I fell asleep after my chemo therapy appointment and didn't wake up until an hour AFTER my scheduled appt with Dr Ting. I called immediately and they fit me in anyway.
