Worst property management experience ever. They’ll gladly take your application fee, deny your application without even notifying you, and then you only find out after calling to follow up yourself. No communication, no transparency, and no clear appeal process. Completely unprofessional and honestly feels like a scam.
If you value your time, money and sanity DO NOT MOVE HERE. Especially if David Black (VP of Property Management) and/or Myrna Lakey (Bridgeton Apartments Resident Manager) still work for Marathon Management Inc.. I waited two months to post this review for fear of retaliation from the aforementioned employees as it was one of their favorite tactics, amongst other unprofessional and incompetent behavior, while I was a tenant. The Bridgeton Apartments are owned by Marathon management. Go to Marathon management reviews they are a 1.1 review. These people constantly overcharge people when they move out. I’m getting ready to go to court. I have documentation on what the apartment look like when I moved out. Do not rent from Marathon management.
I love the Security system. Good maintenance and management. Close to the airport and the freeway.
