Bridget truly listens and her non-judgmental character made her very easy to open up to. She is candid yet respectful and easy to talk to. After each session, I walk away with knowledge and feel empowered to use the tools I've learned. She makes it clear that the sessions are a two-way street - progress depends on doing the work between sessions to build on what's learned during them. She was always at least 10 to 20 minutes late, which greatly affected my work schedule, and sometimes canceled or switched to telehealth with only an hour’s notice before an appointment. Over time, instead of acknowledging that she could no longer help me and helping me transition to a new therapist, I felt shamed and like I was doing something wrong.
