I genuinely hate writing reviews like this because I used to send everyone I know here. For years, this place was my go-to fast, honest, solid work. I bragged about them constantly. That shop is gone. I recently had tires mounted, balanced, and an alignment done. What I got back was a car that wobbles at highway speeds like it's auditioning for a rodeo. They don’t answer their phones and it took longer than their estimate
They closed at least 30 minutes before their stated closing time. They never told me they were closing early. I was without a car. They are inconsiderate and unprofessional.
Great Place! We were on our way to Rosarito when our car alert us that our tire was very low good thing we found this place very friendly people and very fast I would recommend this place 100%
I called the shop at Mission Viejo few days s before Sept29 and said, the pictures of yellow engine show on my Audi dashboard 2015 . They gave me appointments for 10/29 2025. I went over there and talked with Tim about the pictures of engine in my car. After, 45 minutes, he said, my car is ready. I asked what was wrong with lithe picture. He said, nothing, oil change.
