I’ve been going to Bridgestone for many years and keep going, because of their honesty, excellent work and outstanding service. I can absolutely trust them, like family, to take care of my car and what’s needed when. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Don’t waste your time - they will rip you off. They do not have a list of their services and pricing, and charge at will what they think they can trick you into paying. A friend had his car serviced and they told him he needed a catalytic converter - they quoted him $2600 for it. Catalytic converters cost between $400 and $1400. He called them back, and they said they misquoted him - the real cost was $2300, with labor an additional $90. Bridgestone retaliated against me for writing a bad review by telling me I can't get anymore free oil changes despite me pre-paying for lifetime oil changes. I've been going to Bridgestone for 20 years because they offer lifetime oil changes. Recently they said my truck would be ready in 2 hours but they had it all day.
