They took over a property I'm renting (from a private owner once the owner sold). Ever since they took over it's been terrible here. Plumbers came into my apartment without calling me first (because they had my key), they have made holes in my wall with said plumbers and haven't fixed them in my bathroom, and they have allowed a tenant to smoke in the apartment complex which it's suppose to be a smoke free environment. I would never do business with these people. Stay clear.
If you’re looking to rent I highly suggest putting your application in with Bridgestone Property Management you won’t regret it, we got extremely lucky with our landlord Bob he always stayed on top of any issues big or little. He has an amazing maintenance crew that makes sure they get the job done!
