Don't rent from anyone affiliated with them poor property management. They will allow properties to make up charges at move out to keep your deposit and try to charge you more money than the deposit... I have a mayor issue in my unit that I gave report in the past 3 months and this people haven't even bothered to fix it this is why next step is court.
Maintenance service don't take the work order seriously. In my unit it's a big issue that when it rain its a waterfall inside the walls soak and wet mold and the water drain through the ceiling and all the outlets from the light in the ceiling and I have complaint several times and as of today nothing yet.
