Down To Earth Good Food This restaurant has been through many changes in the past years and is now serving American food that is very good. There is a small bar and the atmosphere of the entire place is pleasant. They have a nice variety of entrees and I've always been satisfied with what I have ordered. In warm weather there is an outdoor patio that is open for dining. There is a large parking lot in back with free parking.
Great for Breakfast and Suppers My husband and I enjoy both suppers and breakfasts at the Bridge Side. The atmosphere is comfortable, the service is fantastic and the food, in our experience, has always satisfied. We really appreciate having a restaurant of this kind right in town. (We really enjoy the Blue Heron, but that's a place for special occasions.)
not recommended It's true the atmosphere is nice and the wait staff is also nice. However, they were not able to make a simple hamburger. I ordered the baconburger ($8) well done. It was overcooked: somewhat dry and a overly blackened-carbonized exterior. The bacon was not overcooked. The place was not very busy so I dont see a good excuse for this quality. Foodie Can't beat the quality of the food for the price. I like the fact that it's only 2 miles off of 91 and so close to Yankee Candle. They cater to kids which is great. They make their own chips, their burgers are fresh ground and the reuben was the best I've ever had. Next time in the area I'm going to try them for breakfast. Word is it's right up there.
RecommendedHad the opportunity to have lunch on the outside patio today, along with 2 friends. The weather was great and our server Lilly was fabulous. This was our second time here and it does not disappoint. We will be back!!!!
