My experience at Bridges Recovery Center was extremely disappointing. In my experience, the environment did not feel supportive or recovery-focused. I felt that staff were often rude and disrespectful, not only toward me but also toward other residents, including elderly clients. One of the things that frustrated me most was the pet policy. The program says they accept animals, but I felt like I was expected to keep my pet confined to my room almost 24/7, which didn’t seem realistic or fair. Bridges has become a pillar in the sober living community. Absolutely stellar care from both Michelle and Nikki, they do a great job of making sure that everyone is able to achieve recovery in a fun atmosphere while still upholding a structured sober living community.
