I had a horrible experience renting for 2 years from this company. I was accused of not answering calls from a 3rd party company, Smith Concierge, contracted not only to do maintence inspections, but to do all repairs. These people were never calling me the first time, let alone, contacting me back. I was forced to allow grown men into my home, when I live alone, every 90 days to go through my entire apartment under the guise of helping me by changing the air filter and smoke detector batteries. I have been renting from Bridges Realty around five years in the same home. They are on top of maintenance as needed. Whitney is a pleasure to deal with. She is very helpful and everyone there goes above and beyond to help.
I literally called every day when application was submitted. Every day there was a different excuse. It really felt like discrimination. It took 12 days to get a application response and to say that something else was wrong. I’ve never experience anything like this before.
It was such a great experience working with LLC Bridges Realty. This was our first time renting out our house and I will definitely use them again if I decide to rent out my house in the future. Very nice and knowledgeable group.
I recently had the distinct pleasure of working with Andrea at Bridges. She was wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and professional! Not to mention very pleasant and fun! Bridges Realty, LLC has been managing my property since 2017 and from day one they set the bar high! I initially worked with another company to try and find tenants, as I was relocating. But after 2 months, I had no tenants. I then called Bridges and they found someone to move in within a week of me calling them!
