I had a horrible experience renting for 2 years from this company. I was accused of not answering calls from a 3rd party company, Smith Concierge, contracted not only to do maintence inspections, but to do all repairs. These people were never calling me the first time, let alone, contacting me back. I was forced to allow grown men into my home, when I live alone, every 90 days to go through my entire apartment under the guise of helping me by changing the air filter and smoke detector batteries. Extremely courteous and a breath of fresh air! So many others were rude and did not take time to listen. Rene heard from me 2x in less than 1 hour and her friendly disposition did not waiver. I have been renting from Bridges Realty around five years in the same home. They are on top of maintenance as needed. Whitney is a pleasure to deal with. She is very helpful and everyone there goes above and beyond to help.

I literally called every day when application was submitted. Every day there was a different excuse. It really felt like discrimination. It took 12 days to get a application response and to say that something else was wrong. I’ve never experience anything like this before.

This company likes to add charges to the rent . Not $5 or $20 . They add $ 100 fees. The lease says rent due by the 5th but they add the charge on the 4th at 7am. Then they make it so that you are unable to make payments in a timely manner on the portal. Now the tenant has to go into the office in Covid-19 to make a payment exposing and being exposed to the virus. After two years of never being late they have no compassion or consideration as other ethical companies would. This company scammed because charging a late fee on ... read more

We recently acquired this tenant and property. A lease was originally signed by the tenant that indicated rent is due on the 1st day of the month but a grace period is allowed to the 3rd day of the month at 11:59PM before a 10% of one month's rent is added as additional for late payment. Her rent was paid on 2.*.2022 around 3:00 PM. As per the lease signed by **. ******, if late payment is made and landlord accepts the same, the payment must include additional for late payment in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified ... read more

It was such a great experience working with LLC Bridges Realty. This was our first time renting out our house and I will definitely use them again if I decide to rent out my house in the future. Very nice and knowledgeable group.

I recently had the distinct pleasure of working with Andrea at Bridges. She was wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and professional! Not to mention very pleasant and fun! I hate having to look for new homes, but my husband's job requires us to move often. Andrea made this experience of moving so much more peaceful and easy! I can't thank her enough.
