When we first began at Bridges Family Center, we were hopeful and optimistic about the care provided. Unfortunately, our experience has steadily declined over time. There are several systemic issues we have encountered: * Scheduling: Appointments scheduled for 9:00 AM are consistently delayed by 15 minutes because clinicians are attending morning meetings at that time. * Privacy: We have observed therapists discussing privileged client information openly among themselves. * Professionalism: We have dealt with dismissive comm... read more
Visiting friend in the area and he needed a ride to Bridges Family Center. We were greeted warmly greeted by bright smile that asked how she could help. She quickly took his information and had us take a seat. The facility was inviting and calming. My friend was seen a few moments later. He returned pleased with the news and treatment. We left to a cheerful, "Thank you for stopping." Very welcoming and comfortable place.
Bridges has been a wonderful place for my daughter. She was in therapy with a different practice for a few years before we switched, and I only wish we'd found Bridges sooner. The staff is professional, reliable, and easy to work with, and her therapist, Gordana Unici, has been exceptional — patient, attentive, and genuinely skilled at connecting with kids.
