Bridges has become a place of safe haven for my recovery of mental illness. It is a place to go too and grow in a personal sense, and meet people of different back grounds. I am safe and meeting good people that understand where I have been mentally. Thank you, Bridges and staff and most importantly thanks to Jesus Christ for the proper guidance.
When I'm depressed and don't want to be around people, Bridges turns that feeling around for me. It's a really enjoyable place. There's groups for almost everything, and the people that go are wonderful and supportive. It's a place to go to connect to people. Because eventhough we feel alone sometimes, we never are. There are people that care. The staff and members of Bridges Community Center are some of those people.
Bridges is a place to meet with others like you. The groups have taught me so much and the staff are helpful and friendly.
