Extortion and raising price of Letterhead. Complicating me enlisting in the U.S. Army. I arranged to get a Letterhead from him 2-3 times and he was a no-show. I gave him my current phone number and never got a call or text communicating he couldn't be there. Wouldn't recommend if you're enlisting in the Service. This is the last Counselor I would ever recommend to someone. He does not follow up. Guy's a liar. Just gonna say this place is One-Star.
