Have lived here for 5 years- management is not the same as it was before. They charge you for everything including to make payments using debit card through their website. Location is great but, that’s about it. There have been mice, roaches, and plague of ants. People leave their bikes outside their units instead of putting them in their balcony. I had a positive experience with the move in process. Sangeeta was incredibly helpful and kind. The apartments are old and a little run down, but maintenance responds quickly. Overall nice safe and quiet community and like how easy guest parking is.
I just want to say a big thank you to Sangeeta for being so helpful, supportive, and truly dedicated to her job. She made my move from one apartment to another as smooth as possible and was so patient while I figured everything out. I really appreciate all her help. I’m also really enjoying my new place—with such a lovely view of the canal! Thanks again.
