SHOW UP PEOPLE! What a terrible experience. I spent a few weeks to allow myself to simmer on this one before writing the review. I have a warranty on my property and was going through them with a solid work order and contacted Brooklyn back on 5/17/19 write after the request was put in through my warranty. They also contacted him to call me to schedule an appointment to come look at an AC unit. On 5/21/19 I tried again cause he never so much as returned my message.
