Customer service is lacking. People should not arrive on time for an appointment and sit in the waiting room for over 15 minutes and then inquire and find out that the Dr. they are there to see is in an emergency surgery and you will have to wait even longer to see a Dr. This could easily be fixed to provide better customer service to your patients. Will you accept the challenge of fixing this issue?
They are very friendly. All of my doctor's there are nice and they listen to you and actually hear what your saying. My doctor in the past wouldn't listen. Love them all!!
The staff and doctors are very nice and explain everything so you understand. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I have a long running punch card with Bridget orthopedic. Campbell was my go to. The joke was that I paid for his daughters college careers. Up next was Dr. Alex Lagrande. What a great, professional and honest report. Bridget's work on my surgery, setup and p.t. Follow up is wonderful. Thank you.
