The Dr is nice but, the staff made it where I will never go back. 1. I showed up for my appointment the first time and they said they had to reschedule it and left me a voicemail (which didn’t happen) this was after me missing work and my daughter missing school. 2. When my appointment did happen the next day, it was 45 minutes after my scheduled time. 3. I have 2 eye insurances (Tricare and one through my school) I have never had to pay for an exam with these insurances and they argued with me saying I had a copay still to ... read more
Dr. Igbinoba and his staff are awesome! I even bought glasses from them, which I usually do online these days, because they made everything so easy.
This place is fantastic! My son is 6yrs old and this was his first ever eye exam and they were so wonderful with him! very professional, highly recommend!
Saw Dr. Igbinoba as an emergency patient (he was on-call for my affliated eye clinic in Olympia) on Father's Day. He offered to see me when I was experiencing vitreous floaters for the first time. Dr. Igbinoba was very thorough in examination, knowledgeable, detailed explanation, caring, and reassuring. My husband and I were both very impressed and grateful. Also, many thanks to his lovely wife who waited patiently over an hour. Thank you, thank you!
Stellar service from start to finish. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I was seen by Dr. Igbinoba, who was very nice, thorough and very informative. I highly recommend them.
